White Tara sits in full lotus position. She has seven eyes; two on her feet, two on her palms and three on her face. She is all-seeing, all knowing, symbolizing the eternal Divine. She is the eternal loving energy in the changing forms of life. There is movement all around her yet she is the center of peace, still awareness. She wears the crown of light symbolizing the "diamond mind", completely present in the Now, enlightened. Her hair cascades down her like a waterfall breaking into diamond droplets, like our incarnations, to rejoin the river, the One, again. The Buddha Amitaba sits above her head.
